Job Description

As a store manager, you are responsible for everything that goes on in the rice store’s website including the posting/displaying of the goods, making sure that all links are working, updating the database, and of course, customer service. Making sure that the online store continuously runs smoothly and keeping in touch with logistics companies as well as the suppliers, consignees of the products they provide. Building and managing, improving inventory systems efficiency, be responsible for what products need to be replenished or changed ensure the buyer receives the packages in a timely manner. The store manager will work closely with Creative Directors and Managing Directors, and other team members to be in charge of the promotion of the site and for the sales as well.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Deal with orders in the back office for packaging and shipment. Ensuring quantity accuracy and product quality

Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about all products of rice store and consignments.

Build, monitor and always improve the inventory systems

Manage all rice store operational issues, including administrative duties, physical inventories, logistics, shipment, suppliers, payment gateway, invoicing, etc.

Manage store revenue, including cash handling and other online payment methods. Execute and monitor loss prevention.

Daily report about revenue and inventory

Work with Directors and other team members to execute, and manage e-marketing plans if any.

Requirements

Having 1-2 years work experience in a similar position preferred

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English

Strong experience in store operation management and customer service

As an organized, methodical, rigorous and sales-oriented person

Proactive personality and self-motivator
